HUNTKEY HOLDS PHILIPPINE RAFFLE EVENT
From June 1, 2009 until July 15, 2009 Huntkey will be holding a FREE raffle event in the Philippines where each of the 6 lucky raffle winners will receive a brand new Huntkey PSU to power up their PC system.
The event is in celebration of Huntkey being chosen as the exclusive PSU sponsor of Futuremark’s < Lords of Overclocking 2009 Competition > which is an online overclocking competition that will put overclockers hardware and tweaking skills to the test. RAFFLE ENTRY RULES AND CONDITIONS
- The Raffle event is open to all Philippine residents.
- By virtue of an entry to the Raffle event, Participants signify its acceptance and agreement to all terms & conditions set out here.
- Participants are required to answer 3 simple questions correctly.
- Fill-up a short form to verify the entry and the shipment address for the prize.
- No Payment or purchases is needed. Raffle Entries are free and without charges.
- Everyone joining must submit their entries and must be received by 23:59 on 15 July, 2009
- Only Participant that properly followed the raffle entry rules shall be eligible to win the prize. Incomplete entries and/or participant that fail to follow the raffle rules will automatically be disqualified from the Raffle draw without notice.
- The winner will be selected using random.org
- Selected winner will be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organizer, via announcement on

a2) E-mail
- The Organizer (including its respective employees, staff and agents) shall not be liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith) and/or any damage suffered by any winner in connection with the Raffle Event.
- The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable. Winning prize will be sent via courier (door-to-door). In case the “address” in the form submitted by the winner is invalid or non-existent, this shall constitute a rejection by such winner and the Organizer reserves the rights to award the prize to another winner.
- The winner is bound by the terms and conditions that come with the prize.
- By participating in the Raffle event, it is deemed that the participant agrees to be bound by the terms and subject to the conditions herein set out upon submission of entry. The decisions of the Organizer in relation to every aspect of the Raffle event including but not limited to the type of prize and winner shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any participants will be entertained.
- The decision of the software used to generate the winning entry (‘Random.org’) appointed by the Organizer are final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained.
